PBX Friendly CDRs

Overview:

With the enhancement of Hosted PBX CDRs, the system will now show the extension name and number for the To and From for Extension-to-Extension calls. This will also apply when dialing Hunt Groups with extensions numbers.

 

How to Use it:

1. Find the xDR Browser by either clicking on the Magnifying icon next to an Account ID or by clicking "xDRs" from the action bar from within an account or customer record.

2. Enter the date and time range in which a particular call occurred that is being searched.

3. Click "Show xDRs" to run the query.

If no time range was set, the system will use the last twenty-four hours by default.
