Adding Phones to Inventory
When a phone is added to inventory, it will be availble to be assigned to an account. These steps are necessary to be able to auto provision phones.
In order for our team to be able to add a phone to inventory, the following is required. Please open a new ticket requesting the addition of inventory with the required items for each phone being added:
Assigning Phones to Accounts
With a phone in inventory, a phone can now be assigned to an account. This will join the phone to that account. Go to the Account that will be registerd on the phone (that has been added to inventory).
Once the phone in inventory has been assigned to the account, it can now be auto provisioned. For this example, we will provide a link to adding the auto provisioning information for a Yealink T38G, however different makes or brands will have different methods to auto provision their phones.
