SIP Trunks - A Sip trunk is a service offered by an ITSP to use SIP to set up communications between an Enterprise PBX and the ITSP.

          B)    Business continuity built in. (Disaster Recovery)

                    -failover to analog lines or cell phones

                    -failover to a backup PBX

          A)    Analog Service via Gateway

 Grandstream HT-704            Cisco SPA8000         Adtran 908e

          B)    Pure or native SIP Trunks into the IP-PBX


SIP Trunking Opportunities:

          A)    You have the opportunity to go back to everyone you’ve ever sold a phone system to and offer them telecom service.

          B)    If your customer has analog lines or PRI’s, offer them the service, and put yourself in a position for when they are looking for a phone system they have another reason to   give you a call.
